She is very down and has given up all hope. I was telling her your story which I saw on tv. I need advice on how to help her gain some hope and a desire to live life rather than her desire to die. I am an advocate and a person with a SCI (T-12). My main field of focus is housing. I am doing all I can to create permanent supportive housing for persons that are currently being imprisoned in nursing homes because of inaccessibility issues.
